What's new

Everything we've shipped so far, newest first.

Deals tell you when they're going cold

Every deal now gets a temperature, so you can tell at a glance which ones are cooling off. Feona warns you before a stale one gets automatically archived, so a good lead doesn't just quietly disappear while you were looking elsewhere.

Feona goes mobile-first

The mobile-first redesign shipped to everyone, not just a test group: collapsing headers, full-bleed tables, and a create button that follows you down the page. The planner came along for the ride, with Today, Week, and Month views built for a phone screen, and it now automatically matches a post you actually published back to the plan entry it came from.

Run a giveaway from chat

A new inline composer lets you set up and run Instagram and Facebook giveaways directly from the chat, picking a winner and everything. No separate tool, no exporting a comment list to a spreadsheet by hand.

A new look, everywhere

Web and iOS both got a visual refresh: calmer surfaces, clearer hierarchy, and dark mode across the whole app. The actions that used to be scattered across a page also got pulled together: Feedback, Outreach, Social, Contracts, and Invoices each got one consolidated work hub to act from instead of five different corners of the app.

Feona, now on your iPhone

The iOS app is live in TestFlight: real login, native chat, and push notifications that reach you the moment something needs a decision. No more waiting until you're back at a laptop to answer a brand or check how a post is doing. Deals, analytics, and Content Feedback all work natively too, with a deal work hub built for a phone screen instead of a shrunk-down desktop layout. It's early and TestFlight-only, but it's a full app now, not a shell with a few screens bolted on.

Approve a reply without leaving the chat

Drafted replies now show up as interactive cards right inside the conversation. Approve, reject, or ask for a revision without hopping to another screen to find the thing you were just looking at.

Invoices and deliverables, right on the deal

Search now spans every stage of the deal board at once, so you're not hunting stage by stage for the one you remember. A new Working tab shows what's actually in motion, and invoice and deliverable checklists live right on the deal page instead of a separate document you have to keep finding.

Feona goes looking for brands

Brand Discovery matches you to brands worth pitching using lookalikes, your existing network, active sponsors, and live web search. It only ever surfaces a contact once it's confident enough, so you're not chasing a dead email address someone left two years ago.

Meet the Post Planner

Plan posts on a real calendar instead of a sticky note or a memory you're trusting too much. Every brief is AI-written and grounded in your own analytics, not generic advice, so the caption suggestion actually reflects what's worked for your audience before. Loose ideas get a tray of their own, so a good idea at 11pm doesn't get lost by morning.

Upload a video. Get real notes back.

Content Feedback launched: upload a video and get a structured critique back, scored, with a checklist of exactly what to fix first. It didn't stay video-by-video for long: Feedback can now analyze your whole account at once, and you can re-run it and compare versions as things change. All of that now lives in the Strategy tab, one home for your content analysis instead of a page you had to go hunting for.

One workspace for every deal

Every deal now opens in the same unified workspace. It brings one consistent layout, a quick-view modal for a fast glance without leaving the board, and a detail page that loads noticeably faster.

Which brands actually fit? Now you'll know.

Affinity scoring shows how well a brand or niche actually matches your audience, so you can stop guessing which pitches are worth chasing. Breakout detection flags the posts that are quietly taking off, and you can now connect more than one account per platform, so the whole picture lives in one place.

Sound like you. Every time.

Feona used to pull replies from a static template. Now every drafted reply comes in your own voice, generated fresh instead of filled in, and you can steer the tone per reply so a message to a picky brand doesn't read like one to a friendly regular. Your voice stays consistent without you rewriting from scratch every time.

Analytics that answer the question

Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube performance land in one place, with an AI narrative that tells you what actually happened instead of handing you a wall of charts to interpret yourself. Your best-performing posts get watched the closest too: active ones refresh in near real time, older ones refresh less often, and Feona flags it if a quiet post suddenly takes off again.

Brand Deals goes live

This is the core of Feona: one place for every offer that comes in and everything you send back. Open a deal and you see the real inbound email, not a summary, with an AI-drafted reply sitting right there ready to edit or send. Feona's Take gives you a plain read on whether it's worth responding to, rates get quoted deliverable by deliverable, and the board lets you drag deals between stages, triage several at once, or search for the one you're thinking of. No more tracking brand deals across a spreadsheet and a dozen open email tabs.

Feona starts reading your inbox

Connect a Gmail inbox and Feona scans every message that lands, watching for the brand deal buried between newsletters and shipping notifications. No more digging to page three of your inbox to find the one offer that's actually worth answering.
