By accessing or using Feona ("the Service"), operated by Wavefield LLC ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Feona is an AI-powered deal management assistant for content creators, operated at feona.ai by Wavefield LLC. The Service analyzes brand deal contracts, provides rate benchmarking, and assists with negotiation via web, email, and SMS channels.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Feona related to deal management, contract analysis, and account notifications.

  • Program name: Feona AI Deal Manager
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions. You control when messages are sent by texting Feona.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
  • For help, text HELP to our number or email support@feona.ai.
  • To opt out at any time, text STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Feona provides AI-generated analysis and suggestions. This is not legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making decisions based on Feona's output. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Feona. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or deals.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
